Adolpho Garcia returns to court for disposition hearing

       GREELEY – A Longmont teenager is due to return to court at 10:30 a.m., Oct. 19, for a disposition hearing in a third-degree assault case.

       Adolpho Garcia also faces counts of possession of a dangerous weapon and driving under restraint.

The case is the result of a shooting in Frederick in June. Police said Garcia accidentally shot a 15-year-old girl with birdshot during a moving party.
