Police were advised of a possible domestic violence case at this location. After an investigation was completed, an adult male was arrested for suspected third-degree assault and he was transported to the Weld County Jail.

Officers responded to a report of an attempted suicide. One adult female was transported to Longmont United Hospital for a mental health evaluation.

3400 block of Cottonwood Circle
Police were advised of a possible domestic violence assault, which had occurred at an address in Rinn Valley. Subsequent investigation led to a juvenile male being taken into custody for harassment and false imprisonment. He was transported to and booked in Platte Valley Detention Facility.

An officer responded to the 5000 Block of Canyon Circle on a reported runaway.

The Frederick Police Department investigated a non-injury traffic accident, in the west parking lot of the Frederick High School. The at-fault driver was issued a summons for careless driving.

I-25 ramp/state Highway 52
The Frederick Police Department investigated a traffic accident that occurred on the I-25 off ramp onto Highway 52. One driver was issued a summons for careless driving.

7200 block of Foothills Street
Officers responded reference a disturbance. The suspect was intoxicated and causing problems at the residence. The suspect was arrested and transported to a detox facility.
10:41 p.m., Sept. 7
WCR 13 at WCR 18
Officers responded to a traffic accident at the intersection of WCR 13 and WCR 18. It was determined that one driver ran into the back of the other vehicle as they stopped for the traffic light. Neither party was injured in the accident. One driver was cited.

On September 7, 2011 at the Frederick High School, a cell phone was reported stolen. The responsible parties were subsequently identified and cited.

A student reported harassing behavior by another student. Because of the history with the accused student, a warning was issued and documented.

Colorado Boulevard/state Highway 52
The Frederick Police Department investigated a traffic accident that occurred on Colorado Blvd just north of Highway 52 involving two vehicles.

6300 Block of Spring Gulch Street and 6500 Block Weld County Road 7
An officer was dispatched on the report of a vandalism. An officer spoke to the reporting party who stated someone had jumped their backyard fence and spray painted their porch. There are no suspects at this time.
3:21 p.m., Sept. 9
9200 block of Bruin Boulevard
A vehicle parked at a business in Bear Industrial Park was broken into and were items stolen. The case is under investigation.
9:21 p.m., Sept. 9
WCR 11 at Fox Run Boulevard
Citizen was stopped for a traffic infraction. It was found that her license was suspended.
9:30 p.m., Sept. 10
First and Oak streets
A suspicious incident involving a passenger in a moving vehicle resulted in a traffic stop. Subsequent investigation by officers resulted in charges for possession of controlled substance (i.e. methamphetamine), driving under restraint, and possessing a dangerous or illegal weapon.

4900 block Weld County Road 18
An officer contacted a suspicious vehicle. Upon contacting the occupants associated with the vehicle, it was determined the driver was operating a motor vehicle on a denied license and also had an active warrant. The driver was subsequently arrested.
