Davis graduates from asset management school

    Marine Corps Pfc. Dexter R. Davis, son of Lisa S. Sousa, of Denver, and Michael E. S. Davis, of Frederick, recently graduated from the Individual Material Readiness List Asset Management School, Marine Aviaition Training Support Squadron-1, Meridian, Miss.
    IMRL Asset Management use logistical management techniques, supply procedures, technical publications, and automated data processing equipment to conduct, reconcile, and report IMRL assets inventories; acquire and dispose of IMRL assets; train subordinate IMRL asset managers, and conduct liaison with other Support Equipment Controlling Authorities.
    Depending on the course of study, Marine Corps students attend classes that are six to nine weeks duration. All classes at the Marine schools are taught via the group-paced method.
    Davis is a 2005 graduate of Frederick High School and joined the Marine Corps in August.
