Home sales slow down in October

In October, there were 33 homes sold in the Carbon Valley area, down from 43 in September, per the Metrolist and IRES.
    For these homes that sold, the average time on the market was 78 days (down from 104), and they sold for an average of 98 percent (down from 99 percent) of the price they were listed for at the time they went under contract.  Sales prices varied from a low of $58,500 to a high of $415,000, with the total volume being about $7.1 million (down from about $9.2 millon.)
