Jeannie May Liz Ickler

    Jeannie May Liz Ickler, 44, of Fort Lupton, passed away Nov. 21, 2012, in Brighton. She was born Nov. 30, 1967, in Greeley, to Linda Ickler-Parmeter.
    Jeannie graduated from Fort Lupton High School in 1986 and studied to be an administrative assistant at Aims Community College in 2005. She worked for Aims, Concept Direct and B&D’s Maintenance Oilfield Services.
    She is survived by her parents, Linda Ickler-Parmeter and Robert Parmeter, of Fort Lupton; a sister, Mary Lynn Ickler, of Fort Lupton; brother Dalvin (Gina) Ickler, of Fort Lupton; nieces Lia Jo Butler Ickler, Shantell Dawn Ickler and Shandy Lee Ickler, and grandparents Denver and Beverly Muse.
    Funeral services took place Dec. 1, 2012, at Erlinger Chapel in Fort Lupton, officiated by Chaplain Daryl Meyers. Private interment followed.
    Memorial contributions may be made to First National Bank c/o Jeannie Ickler.

Anthony Henry Chavez
    Anthony Henry Chavez, 87, of Fort Lupton, passed away Nov. 22, 2012, in Brighton. He was born Jan. 14, 1925, in Fort Lupton, to Henio and Elena Chavez.
    Anthony served in the U.S. Army and worked construction. He married Frances Vasquez Feb. 25, 1951.
    Anthony is survived by four sons, Paul (Poncie) Chavez, of Commerce City; Ralph Chavez, of Northglenn; Anthony (Nina) Chavez Jr., of Thornton; and Daniel Chavez, of Firestone; and five grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Larry, Everett and Freddy Chavez, and sister Josephine Trujillo.
    Funeral services took place Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at St. Williams Catholic Church in Fort Lupton. Interment followed at Hillside Cemetery in Fort Lupton.
