Greeley — Justin O’Donnell, 24, pleaded guilty Friday, July 25, in Weld County District Court to accessory to a crime — a Class 4 felony — in connection with the deaths of Sheri Pachello and Alisha Johns.
O’Donnell admitted to delaying the apprehension or discovery of the killings by helping Cimmeron Johns after he killed his estranged wife and her mother on Feb. 6, according to court and police records. Cimmeron Johns shot himself in O’Donnell’s apartment building in Thornton the day after the killings.
O’Donnell’s mother, Rosann, was a friend of Cimmeron Johns and previously entered into the same plea agreement. Both mother and son face a maximum of six years in prison.
