GREELEY — Weld County prosecutors announced last week that a Thornton woman and her son have been charged with aiding Cimmeron Johns in connection to a case that ended in a double homicide.
The Weld County District Attorney’s Office announced last week that Rosann O’Donnell, 41, and her son, Justin O’Donnell, 23, have been charged with two counts of being accessory to a crime in connection to the deaths of Alisha Johns and Sheri Pachello, whose bodies were found along Weld County Road 4 earlier this month.
The man wanted in the deaths of Johns and Pachello — Cimmeron Johns, of Frederick — was found dead in a Thornton apartment from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after a standoff with police.
Arrest affidavits for both Rosann and Justin O’Donnell have been sealed.
Rosann O’Donnell’s bail was set at $100,000 during a hearing Feb. 13 in Weld County District Court. Justin O’Donnell’s bail was set at $100,000 the following day.
