GREELEY – Steven Ryan’s disposition hearing for his part in a double-fatal accident near Fort Lupton almost a year ago was continued to 9 a.m., Oct. 5, in Weld County Court Room 15.
Ryan is accused of being behind the wheel of a car that passed into the eastbound lanes of state Highway 52 near Weld County Road 21. The car collided head-on with another car, killing the driver, Tanya Guevara and a small child in her car.
