FREDERICK — Frederick police arrested two men and detained a teenager on suspicion of stealing metal from Glacier Business Park.

Isaac Mario Santana, 21, and Victor James Bustamante, 23, both of Lakewood, were arrested and are set to be charged with second-degree burglary, theft and second-degree trespass. A 16-year-old male also was detained and also will face charges.

The arrests come after a Frederick police officer on patrol at Glacier Business Park — just west of Interstate 25 — spotted an open gate about 4:10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, at a business that previously reported metal thefts.

Within minutes, a black GMC Yukon was seen parked in the lot, belonging to Santana and Bustamante, who were found at the scene. The two were slated to be taken to Weld County Jail in Greeley, while the juvenile was released to his parents.
